The selection panel will select candidates for interview. Candidates who are not selected will be notified and feedback will be made available on request.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview at QUB. Each interview will be conducted by a panel that will include the APPFlow supervisors. If necessary, a phone or video interview will be organised instead of a face-to-face interview. In addition to the selection criteria used in the application assessment, candidates will be evaluated on interview performance.

Candidates will be ranked by each selection panel, including a list of reserve candidates.

Candidates will be informed of the final outcome by QUB as soon as possible after the selection process has concluded. Feedback will be made available on request.
